Discusses active assailant data and the paradigm shift in response tactics to a mass casualty event. This ELS will include an overview of field medical tactics that are based on the principles of Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC). Presentation will include the stages of care, medical equipment, common types of wounds, and the assessment protocol for wound treatment.
